LUMAQUELA ROSA. A different stone.

 


LUMAQUELA ROSA is a pink-colored rock formed from fossil remains with a carbonated matrix. That characteristic makes it especially suited to outdoor floor and wall coverings, crowns & copings and swimming pool surrounds, because even when wet is totally absorbent and forms a non-slip surface, fresh for the bare feet in the summer sun.


Pink Lumaquela quarry provides, as talked, 2 main types of stone. The one named “Normal”, that is the most traditional, with pores and a nice pink background tone of color and the named “Fine”, that presents a more compact surface, but with a lighter tone of color.



 Its attractive appearance, very homogenous in tone of color also means a good plaque-work and it is ideal for exterior in flooring (useful for swimming pool surrounds) and wall cladding.

Travertine outdoor paving project

 Travertine outdoor paving: Blended with the nature The use of travertine for outdoor paving shows how the natural stone connects with the Mediterranean environment. In our last project in Ibiza Islands was intended the use of natural Travertine for outdoor paving in the refurbishment of an old farm into a villa. The warm of the stone and its adaptability of open air has achieved a unique blend that contact deeply with the calm surrounding forest. Walls of Ibiza rough stone fits perfectly with the travertine in tumbled finish and with the swimming pool surroundings in brushed finish with chiseled edges. Inside the swimming pool were installed the Sukabumi stone, a fantastic magmatic stone that flourish in stunning iridescent green colors when underwater. Crema Marfil marble project

Marble Crema Marfil has been widely used for inner Flooring and Wall cladding due to its exquisite appearance when polished or its warm ambience achieved when honed. But also it can be used in other finishes that provide a turn of view on the final look. In this case we talk about the Leather finish . This finish is made when the marble surface is sandblasted and after brushed, providing a soft rough surface that enhances the natural stone lines and fresh touch without losing its homogeneity and Mediterranean air.
