Travertine, the return of a classical

 Travertine is the rock that is on the top right now. This sedimentary stone whose use in centuries is perfectly renowned was practically disappeared in the 70’s, set aside only for coffee tables.

The search of architects for new products with a malleable behavior, and with a sense of nature, has put on the first step the use of the Travertine, as this rock can be tailored not only for any kind of building use (wall claddings for façades or pavement, polished or honed interiors) but overall for its plasticity, changing the ambience of new stores into a museum look, or converting buildings into timeless monuments.


One of the most important values is the capacity of this stone to be use in big and home projects adding the movement of this parallel veining and small holes and playing with the warmly touch of this creamy rock approaching the architecture to the human tall.

But we have not to set our eyes in the cream background, new designs are possible with the not so known varieties, with steel strips, breaking the smoothness with hatchets of deep earth colors, arriving until varieties where the silver tone covers all the ambience.

Marble project in Cyprus

  June 2023 New pictures of the swimming pool area And a astonishing video of the nigth illumination of the swimmimg pool 2 Years ago started a project of marble in different shapes to Cyprus. A Villa in which outdoor & indoor materials from Spain were going to be used, along with Greek marbles for different areas Greek marble columns Greek carved columns   For the exterior were sent Gris Zarci marble in finish bushammered & brushed, that was cut there in octagonal shape to fit corners with dark marble tesselas. The final appearance can be seen in these pictures  Moreover, tiles were drilled to include a led ligth that would shine on the night as stars. GRIS ZARCI STONE; beauty on the outdoor flooring

  GRIS ZARCI STONE GRIS ZARCI is a hard stone that presents a greyish colour, with little fossil dark waves and occasionally dark grey defined veins. It is quarried in the south of the Murcia province. It’s also named as CREMA LEVANTE or GRIS LORCA (Gris Mallorca is another material with many white veins and very scarce)                    When polished this stone seems a normal stone, n othing more, but, being a hard material, it is widely used for outdoor paving or wall cladding.
