Stone for outdoor. Crazy paving

In any project in which an outdoor space has to be filled, the customer’s idea is reaching a natural combination between architecture and the surrounding nature.

An ideal option is the use of the crazy paving stone. Rocks quarried in boulders and split manually to create irregular random tiles usable in both outdoor paving and wall cladding.

Each country has is geological sources, from limestone to basalt, gneiss, andesite…Here in Spain they are Quartzite quarries.

Quartzite is a metamorphic rock, when high temperatures and pressures produce the formation of a consistent rock composed almost entirely of quartz from the original sandstone. Pure quartzite is the most weather-resistant rock available, due to its high compressive and abrasion resistance, its non-porous features, hardness, uniformity and strength that makes it completely adequate for exterior applications.

As visual properties, the Spanish quartzite has vivid colors, uniform or mixed, with a glossy pattern due to the presence of quartz grains. Is rough to the touch but leveled, with irregular shapes, as are not off cut material.
